What is global health to you?
To me, it’s a huge but important challenge that will need many people across many countries and disciplines taking responsibility and collaborating together.
What have you been doing for GHC?
I’ve been dabbling in a bit of everything – part secretary, part being overly invested in the Facebook likes, part coffee dates and checking in on the team, and a really large part replying to emails and setting up Google calendars!
Regarding GHC, what are you most excited for?
Meeting passionate medical students, and seeing GHC18 provide them with food for thought, new global health frands and avenues to enact change!
What is the worst thing you’ve ever eaten?
I once watched someone else eat a beating snake heart, and the sight alone had me sick for the rest of the week 🙁
What do people compliment you on a lot of the time?
My energy levels despite not drinking coffee!
What is your drink of choice and why?
Cracking a cold cider in the sunshine.
